Privacy policy

Symbric runs one website and one contact form. This page says exactly what that collects, where it goes, and how to have it removed. It is short because the site does little.
What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form on this site, which is three fields:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your message
Nothing else. There are no analytics, no advertising tags, no cookies set by us, and no third-party scripts on this site. We do not track you across other sites, and we do not build a profile of you.
Why we collect it
To read your message and reply to it. That is the only purpose. We do not sell your information, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not add you to a marketing list on the strength of a contact form submission.
Who else sees it
The form is delivered by Formspree, a third-party form provider, which processes the submission and passes it to us by email. Formspree handles the data under its own privacy policy. Our website is hosted by Vercel, which keeps standard server logs of requests to the site.
Beyond those two, nobody. We do not pass what you send to anyone else, except where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
For as long as the conversation is live, and afterwards only while it is useful to remember it. If you ask us to delete it, we delete it.
Seeing, correcting or deleting what you sent
Email hello@symbric.com, or send the request through the contact form on the home page, and say what you want done. We will act on it and confirm. You do not need an account, and you do not have to explain why.
Do Not Track
We do not track visitors, so there is nothing for a Do Not Track signal to switch off. We honour it by default in the only way that means anything, which is by not collecting the data in the first place.
Children
This site sells to businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If this changes, the effective date above changes with it and the previous version stays in the site's public source history. We will not quietly broaden what we collect.
