Privacy policy

Symbric runs one website and one demo booking form. This page says exactly what that collects, where it goes, and how to have it removed. It is short because the site does little.

It covers this website only. If we go on to work together, the read access you give us to your repository, warehouse or data schema is governed by the written agreement we sign with you, not by this page.

What we collect

Only what you type into the booking form on this site, and the page you opened it from:

• Your name
• Your email address
• The page you came from, never a specific article

As you browse, we also record anonymous, aggregate traffic analytics through Vercel Web Analytics: counts of page views, which pages are visited, and how often the booking form is opened and submitted, tagged only with which part of the site opened it. These counts are not tied to your name, they set no cookies, and they do not follow you to other websites. There are no advertising tags on this site, and we do not build an identified profile of you.

Why we collect it

We use your name and email to schedule the call and to follow up about working together, and the page you came from to see which pages bring people in. We use the aggregate analytics only to see which pages people find useful. We do not sell your information, we do not share it for advertising, and we will not add you to a marketing list.

Symbric is a United States business. This site is directed at US organizations, and your information is processed in the United States.

Who else sees it

When you submit the booking form, we pass your name and email to Cal.com, the third-party scheduler that runs the booking calendar, so you do not have to type them a second time. Cal.com handles the booking and your details under its own privacy policy. Your name, your email and the page you came from also go to Formspree, a third-party form provider, which passes them to us by email. Our website is hosted by Vercel, which keeps standard server logs of requests to the site and, through its Web Analytics feature, produces the anonymous, aggregate visit counts described above.

Beyond those three, nobody. We do not pass what you send to anyone else, except where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We delete your booking details 24 months after we last hear from you. If you ask us to delete them sooner, we delete them. The aggregate analytics are not linked to you and hold nothing to look up or remove.

Seeing, correcting or deleting what you sent

Email hello@symbric.com and say what you want done. We will act on it and confirm. You do not need an account, and you do not have to explain why.

Do Not Track

The analytics we use count visits in aggregate, without cookies, without cross-site tracking, and without a profile tied to you, so there is no individual browsing activity for a Do Not Track signal to switch off. We collect no more than those anonymous counts, and we do not sell or share browsing data.

Children

This site sells to businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

If this changes, the effective date above changes with it and the change is noted below. We keep prior versions and will send you one on request. We will not quietly broaden what we collect.

28 July 2026: the contact form became a booking form. The message field was removed, and Cal.com was added as a recipient of your name and email.

31 July 2026: the form is a demo booking. The fields, the recipients and the retention period are unchanged. What changed is the reason we contact you afterwards, and a note that access to a repository, warehouse or schema is governed by its own written agreement.

5 August 2026: the site added anonymous, aggregate visitor analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) and moved to a self-hosted font, so no third-party font service is contacted when you load a page. This policy was updated to describe the analytics accurately. The booking form, its fields, its recipients and the retention period are unchanged.

23 August 2026: the booking form sends your name and email to Formspree on every submission, and this policy now says so plainly. Booking links on our other pages now record which page you came from, and that page goes to Formspree with your name and email. It is never a specific article, and it is not sent to the calendar. The retention period is unchanged.

27 August 2026: the analytics now include anonymous counts of how often the booking form is opened and submitted, tagged only with which part of the site opened it, never your name or email. A site rebuild had switched the analytics off on 22 August; they resumed today, and nothing was collected in between.
